The SAVEL Composite Filling Hose combines multi-layer polypropylene, polyester, and PTFE materials, offering excellent chemical compatibility and durability. Reinforced with internal and external spiral wire supports (available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum), the hose maintains flexibility while ensuring structural integrity under pressure.

Available in diameters from 1½” to 4″, the hose supports working pressures between 10 and 25 bar depending on the specific configuration. It performs reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, making it suitable for use in fuel stations, tankers, chemical plants, ports, and terminal filling systems.

Certified to EN 13765, EN 13766, and ATEX standards, the SAVEL Composite Filling Hose ensures safety, reliability, and compliance in hazardous environments. Compared to traditional metal hoses, its lightweight, flexible design makes handling easier and improves operator safety.
